Retail Sales Associate — Smoke Shop ABOUT US We are a 21+ specialty smoke shop offering a wide range of smoking products and accessories. Our goal is to provide excellent customer service in a clean, welcoming, and professional environment. POSITION OVERVIEW We are seeking a reliable and motivated individual to join our team as a Retail Sales Associate. This position requires availability from store opening to closing, 4–6 days per week. Shifts range from 12–13 hours per day. Candidates must be 21 years of age or older. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Greet customers and provide knowledgeable, friendly service. • Help customers select products and answer product-related questions. • Operate the cash register and process transactions accurately. • Maintain store cleanliness and organization throughout the day. • Restock shelves and keep displays full and visually appealing. • Verify customer identification and follow age-restricted sales laws. • Open and close the store according to company procedures. QUALIFICATIONS • Must be 21 years of age or older. • Prior retail or customer service experience preferred. • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently. • Friendly attitude with strong communication skills. • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light cleaning and stocking tasks. SCHEDULE • 4–6 days per week. • Full-day shifts, from opening to closing, lasting approximately 12–13 hours. • Weekend and evening availability required.
