Retail Sales Associate — Liquor & Convenience Stores We are also looking to hire for more than one location!! ABOUT US We operate liquor and convenience stores offering beer, wine, spirits, snacks, beverages, and everyday essentials. Our goal is to provide excellent customer service in a clean, welcoming, and professional environment. POSITION OVERVIEW We are seeking a reliable and motivated individual to join our team as a Retail Sales Associate. This position requires availability from store opening to closing, 4–6 days per week. Shifts range from 12–13 hours per day. Candidates must be 18 years of age or older. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Greet customers and provide friendly, helpful service. • Help customers locate products and answer questions. • Operate the cash register and process cash and card transactions accurately. • Verify customer identification for alcohol, tobacco, and other age-restricted purchases. • Follow applicable sales laws and company policies, including refusing restricted sales when required. • Receive deliveries, check orders, and organize inventory. • Restock shelves, coolers, and displays. • Check expiration dates and rotate products. • Keep the store, checkout area, and storage areas clean and organized. • Open and close the store, count the register, and follow cash-handling and security procedures. QUALIFICATIONS • Must be 18 years of age or older. • Prior retail, liquor store, or convenience store experience preferred. • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently. • Friendly attitude with strong communication skills. • Comfortable handling money and making accurate change. • Ability to stand for extended periods, move cases of beverages, and perform cleaning and stocking tasks, with or without reasonable accommodation. • Willingness to complete required training for age-restricted sales. SCHEDULE • 4–6 days per week. • Full-day shifts, from opening to closing, lasting approximately 12–13 hours. • Weekend and evening availability required.
