Babysitter Needed for my Children

We are looking for a full time nanny for our 8-month-old baby boy. He is truly a happy love bug, and we are hoping to have someone who cares for him the way we do. We practice a positive parenting style that supports autonomy and exploration in the context of a safe and loving relationship. We would prefer someone who could help out with light housekeeping. We would prefer a nanny who has their own car, who does not smoke, who is comfortable with pets, and who is CPR certified. We are a two physician family, so our hours can be a bit long. We would love someone who can be flexible and willing to stay late on rare occasion if needed.
