THE JOB

• Local dedicated routes home every day
• 100% no-touch freight
• Full-time, consistent weekly hours our full-time drivers average 45 50 hours/week
• Familiar, consistent lanes same customer, same local run for most drivers, schedule confirmed the day before

PAY

• $26 $29/hour, paid weekly typical full-time week: $1,170 $1,400
• Second shift pays a $1/hour differential top of band earns $30/hour
• First 90 days: guaranteed minimum 35 hours/week while you ramp up
• Written 90-day performance review raises here are earned and reviewed on a schedule, not begged for

REQUIREMENTS

• Valid Class A CDL with clean MVR
• DOT medical card and ability to pass drug screen
• Local experience a plus steady work ethic matters more
• 2 years of CDL driving experience
