Animal People Dog Boarding & Day Care is looking for dependable, energetic, and passionate animal lovers to join our team as Animal Care Technicians. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, value hard work, and want to learn about animal behavior, this is the perfect role for you. People with prior work experience with horses, other large animals or small are encouraged to join our family. We really do have a lotta fun!

What You’ll Do

- Supervise and engage dogs during playgroups to ensure safe, positive socialization

- Feed, clean, and care for dogs according to individual needs

- Maintain clean and sanitary play areas, kennels, and common spaces

- Observe and document behavior and health changes

- Assist with enrichment activities and provide loving attention to all dogs

- Communicate clearly and work effectively with teammates and management

What We’re Looking For

- Passionate about dogs and animal care

Reliable and hard-working — our dogs depend on you to show up

- Comfortable in a physically active, fast-moving environment

- Able to lift 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods

- Available for morning, mid-day, and evening shifts

- Weekends and holidays required

- Must have reliable transportation

- Previous animal experience is a plus, but not required — we provide full training
