Remanufacturing Production Associate

Location: Old Fort, NC (Conveniently located right off I-40)
Position Type: Full-Time / Part-Time (All Shifts Available)
Starting Compensation: $16.00/hour to start. Automatically increases to $18.00/hour after 90 days upon meeting basic performance and attendance goals!

About the Role

We are expanding rapidly and building a brand-new, high-performing team of 70+ Warehouse Associates at our facility in Old Fort, NC. If you are reliable, detail-oriented, and looking for a stable job with a fast, guaranteed track to higher pay, we want to talk to you!

We are hiring for three distinct tracks based on your skills and interests. No heavy experience is required—we provide full, paid training from day one. During your interview, we will help slot you into the team that fits you best:

• Sorting Team: Scan, identify, and route incoming materials or products to the correct staging areas. Best for fast-paced workers who like to stay moving.
• Testing Team: Perform basic quality control checks to ensure products meet baseline standards before they are packaged and shipped. Best for detail-oriented individuals who enjoy focus and precision.
• Cleaning & Logistics Support: Maintain a safe, organized warehouse floor, break down pallets, and ensure workstations are clear and stocked. Best for team players who take pride in creating an efficient, safe workspace.

What We Are Looking For

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Strong reliability and a commitment to excellent attendance.
• Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout an 8-to-10 hour shift.

• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn multiple warehouse functions.
• Basic reading and communication skills to track daily picking or sorting goals.
