Machine Operator – 1st shift 7:00AM-3:00PM

2nd shift 3:00PM-11:00PM

We are seeking a dependable Machine Operator to oversee daily production operations on 1st or 2nd shift.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production equipment to meet daily production schedules and goals.
• Operate the blend tower and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality and production efficiency.
• Monitor equipment and report or address operating issues as needed.
• Provide direction and support to employees on the shift.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Complete production records and follow all safety and quality procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to make basic equipment adjustments.
• Reliable, safety-minded, and able to work independently.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work well with others.
