Warehouse Lead

Pay: $22–$28/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM
Location: Portland, OR

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and dependable Warehouse Lead who can take ownership of the day-to-day warehouse operations. This is a hands-on position that requires someone with strong attention to detail, good organizational skills, and the ability to work independently while keeping the warehouse running efficiently and safely.

The ideal candidate already has solid warehouse and forklift experience and is comfortable taking the lead, staying organized, and jumping in wherever needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and help manage daily warehouse operations.
• Safely operate a forklift to load, unload, move, and organize product.
• Receive, stage, organize, and track materials throughout the warehouse.
• Maintain accurate inventory and pay close attention to product, materials, and shipments.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and running efficiently.
• Work hands-on with warehouse tasks and assist wherever needed.
• Drive a company van as needed to transport product or materials.
• Ensure warehouse safety procedures and company guidelines are followed.
• Help coordinate workflow and prioritize tasks to keep operations moving.
• Communicate effectively with the team and address warehouse needs as they come up.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of forklift experience required.
• Previous warehouse experience required.
• Previous experience taking a lead role or responsibility within a warehouse preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Must be comfortable working hands-on and taking initiative.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Previous experience driving on the job to transport materials or product.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable being on your feet and working in a warehouse environment throughout the shift.
• Must be able to pass a drug screen.
• Reliable, punctual, safety-minded, and able to work independently.
