Controller - Assistant Controller

On Demand Staffing is seeking an experienced Accountant. This position plays a critical role in maintaining the financial health of the organization by managing daily reconciliations, accounts receivable and payable, monthly financial reporting, and ensuring tax compliance. This role also supports financial planning through budgeting and financial analysis, as well as recasting financial statements to provide insightful business perspectives.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily reconciliation of financial transactions
• Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable processes
• Prepare and review monthly financial statements
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and filings
• Conduct financial recasting to evaluate business performance
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities
• Perform detailed financial analysis to support decision-making

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience in accounting
