You’ll work with grinders, vacuums, mixing equipment, and professional-grade epoxy systems to deliver durable, seamless, and visually stunning finishes. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to producing top-tier results.

As an Epoxy Flooring Installer, you will prepare, mix, and apply epoxy coatings to residential garage floors. You’ll work with grinders, vacuums, mixing equipment, and professional-grade epoxy systems to deliver durable, seamless, and visually stunning finishes. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to producing top-tier results.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare concrete surfaces through grinding, cleaning, patching, and crack repair
- Mix epoxy materials according to manufacturer specifications
- Apply epoxy coatings using rollers, squeegees, and broadcast techniques
- Ensure smooth, consistent, bubble-free finishes
- Maintain tools, equipment, and jobsite cleanliness
- Follow all safety protocols and use proper PPE
- Communicate professionally with customers and team members
- Document materials used and job progress
- Assist with other garage organization installations as needed
Qualifications
- Experience in epoxy flooring, concrete work, painting, or related trades preferred
- Ability to operate grinders, vacuums, and mixing equipment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical instructions
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Physically able to lift 50+ lbs, kneel, bend, and work on your feet for extended periods
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
- Must be comfortable working in residential environments
