About the Role

Full-time Medical Assistant needed to assist Physicians and Physician Assistants with patient care and clinical procedures following established standards. We are seeking a dependable, punctual candidate with a warm, friendly attitude and a polished, professional presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Patient Care & Triage: Triage patients, take vital signs, record medical histories, and assist providers with procedures.
• Clinical Procedures & Testing: Conduct EKG's and simple tests, perform injections, apply dressings, and remove sutures.
• Communication: Convey information and instructions from doctors to patients.
• Room & Supply Prep: Prepare treatment rooms for exams and monitor medical supply inventories.
• Medical Records: Record and maintain patient data and medical records in Electronic Health Record software (eClinicalWorks).

Qualifications

• Warm, friendly, dependable, and punctual with a professional presence.
• HIPAA Compliance is a must
• 2 years or more experience required
• CMA, BLS, and CPR certs are required
• Hands-on experience with vitals, EKG's, injections, dressings, suture removal, and triage.
• Experience maintaining patient records in Electronic Health Record (eClinical) software.
