Service Advisor

Cenla RV Center is hiring a Service Advisor to join our family-owned dealership in Alexandria. If you love helping people, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in doing things right, we'd love to meet you

What you'll do

• Greet customers warmly, listen attentively to their RV Service needs, and gather detailed information about those needs
• Write clear, comprehensive repair orders and clearly explain costs and timelines.
• Keep customers updated throughout the repair process.
• Work closely with our talented service technicians to ensure customer's service needs are met, and end result is nothing short of customer complete satisfaction
• Deliver that warm Cenla RV hospitality every single time.

What we're looking for:

• Previous customer service experience. Automotive/RV experience is a big plus.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly personality.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple things at once
• Must be reliable, positive, and a team player.
