Entry Level Associate

River City is hiring a Entry Level Associate in Montgomery, AL. The Entry Level Associate will be responsible for working as part of a self-directed work team having responsibility for telling shoppers about available products. Entry Level Associates perform all tasks conducted by the team in the assembly process and rotate through all stations rather than being assigned to a specific task on a permanent basis.

The Role:

Your work will include, but not be limited to:

• Working in a team environment
• Explaining products to customers
• Identifying sales opportunities
• Speak to customers on a daily basis
• Observes, receives, and otherwise obtains information from all relevant sources.
• Performs all other duties as assigned by management.

Your Qualifications:

•  High School Diploma preferred
•  Clear verbal communication skills
•  Physical ability to:

  • make fast, simple repetitive movements of the fingers, hands, and wrists
