Customer Service Rep

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our growing team!  You will respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and occasional phone calls. We hope to find someone with a passion for helping others and solving problems quickly and completely. This is a full-time, remote hybrid position. Saturday-Monday hours are required. The ideal candidate must have experience with remote retail customer service, demonstrate initiative and independent problem-solving skills, and be familiar with AI assisted customer service software.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries across multiple platforms.
• Communicate with the team to help drive customer success and resolve their problems and questions quickly.
• Assist the management team with various administrative tasks.

Qualifications:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work and problem solve independently after training.
• Ability to manage a high paced workload, particularly during peak retail seasons. (April-May and November-December)
• Positive and go-getter attitude and genuine drive to help people.
• Skilled at using a positive demeanor to deescalate stressful customer situations.

Foton Candles can be used to repurpose existing containers into candles, a new patent-pending concept that is endlessly customizable, safer, and more sustainable vs. traditional candles.
