Bilingual Plant Manager - First Shift

We are seeking a Bilingual First Shift Production Supervisor to support daily manufacturing operations in Fort Worth, Texas. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on keeping production running efficiently, supporting employees on the floor, and ensuring customer orders are completed and shipped on time. The ideal candidate is a "boots on the ground" leader who is willing to step in and assist production teams when needed rather than spending the majority of the day behind a desk. This position will oversee daily workflow, provide training and support to employees, maintain safety and quality standards, and help solve production issues as they arise. Experience in manufacturing, construction services, fabrication, or a similar hands-on environment is preferred. Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills are required.

Hours: Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM

Compensation: $60,000 to $80,000 annually
