Machine Operator

We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Slitter Machine Operator to join our production team.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate slitter machines to process printed materials.
• Load rolls and adjust tension, alignment, feed, blades, and spacers.
• Monitor production and inspect materials for quality and defects.
• Measure, package, and label finished products according to specifications.
• Complete production paperwork and maintain accurate records.
• Make minor machine adjustments and report issues to supervisors.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Meet production deadlines while maintaining quality and accuracy.

Qualifications:

• Manufacturing, printing, or machine-operation experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to follow production instructions and safety procedures.
• Reliable, hardworking, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
