• Prepare accurate repair orders and service estimates
• Clearly communicate technician recommendations
• Keep customers informed throughout the repair process
• Recommend appropriate maintenance and repair services
• Build lasting relationships with customers
• Work closely with technicians and service management
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience from write-up through vehicle delivery

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Previous Automotive Service Advisor experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer-service skills
• Ability to professionally present and sell recommended services
• Excellent organization and follow-up skills
• Positive, professional attitude
• Ability to succeed in a fast-paced dealership environment
• Ford or other franchise dealership experience is a plus
