Retail Store Assistant Manager

The Retail Store Assistant Manager plays a key role in supporting daily store operations and ensuring a positive customer experience. Responsible for overseeing a small team of 1-5 employees, the assistant manager handles operational decisions and steps in to manage the store in the manager's absence. This role involves utilizing the proprietary POS system to assist with transactions and inventory, maintaining smooth sales floor operations, and helping resolve customer concerns in a professional manner amid a consistent flow of customers throughout the day.
