Customer Service/Appointment Scheduler

Job description

Our Staffing Company is seeking support to our team with daily hiring efforts across a variety of manufacturing, warehouse, and administrative roles.

Experience with appointment scheduling, collections, customer service or telemarketing is always helpful!

What You’ll Do:

• Support the Recruiting Manager with daily hiring needs
• Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls
• Scheduling Candidates for in-person interviews
• Source candidates through job postings, email outreach, and recruiting platforms (computer skills)
• Conduct phone and in-person interviews, willing to train!!
• Assist with proper skill matching to ensure the best fit for each of our customers roles
• Complete data entry and maintain accurate candidate records

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to follow direction while also thinking outside the box
• Recruiting experience is a plus, but not required we are willing to train
• A results-driven mindset with an understanding that increasing the total number of employees on assignment daily is essential to success and overall team growth
