We are seeking an experienced Senior Operations Manager to provide strategic leadership across manufacturing support operations, warehousing, logistics, fulfillment, and distribution functions. The ideal candidate has a strong background in manufacturing and supply chain operations, experience leading large teams through multiple levels of management, and a proven ability to improve productivity, efficiency, and overall business performance.
Senior Operations Manager Responsibilities:
- Lead daily operations across warehouse, logistics, fulfillment, assembly, and distribution functions
- Manage and develop department managers, supervisors, and operational teams supporting a workforce of 200+ employees
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, efficiency, quality, and cost reduction
- Oversee inventory management, order fulfillment, shipping, receiving, and material flow processes
- Monitor operational KPIs and implement action plans to improve performance
- Develop budgets, forecasts, staffing plans, and resource allocation strategies
- Partner with Production, Quality, Customer Service, and Supply Chain leadership to achieve business objectives
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and operational standards
- Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and Lean operational excellence
- Support long-term growth initiatives through process optimization and operational planning
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field
- 7+ years of operations leadership experience within manufacturing, warehousing, distribution, or logistics environments
- Proven experience leading large teams through multiple levels of management
- Strong background in inventory control, fulfillment, logistics, and operational performance management
- Experience with ERP and warehouse management systems such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP EWM, or similar platforms
- Demonstrated success implementing Lean, continuous improvement, or KPI-driven initiatives
- Strong analytical, financial, organizational, and strategic planning skills
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team-development abilities
