Schedule & Hours

• Off-Season: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Harvest Season:
• • Monday – Friday: 7:00 AM – 9:00/10:00 PM
  • Saturday: 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM
  • Sunday: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Facility Operations: Prepare trucks and railcars for loading/unloading, control load-out functions, and operate automated scale and dump systems.
• Equipment Handling: Operate heavy and light-duty machinery, including loaders, conveyors, tractors, forklifts, and track mobiles.
• Maintenance & Housekeeping: Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance tasks (lubrication, equipment inspections) and maintain a clean, safe workspace through sweeping, power washing, and spill clean-up.
• Customer Service: Assist customers professionally, handle inventory quality control, and promptly report any issues or safety concerns to your supervisor.
• Safety Compliance: Champion our safety culture by adhering to all company policies, identifying workplace hazards, and wearing required gear.

Qualifications

• Required: 2+ years of experience in Operations and/or Business Operations.
• Preferred: High School diploma or GED, and previous agriculture experience.
• Physical Requirements:
• • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
  • Comfortable climbing ladders, stairs, and grain bins.
  • Ability to work outdoors in dust, variable weather conditions, and extreme temperatures.
• Additional Requirements: Flexibility to work extended hours during peak harvest seasons. Candidates may be subject to pre-employment screenings (drug test, background check, motor vehicle check, physical, and FMCSA Clearinghouse check).
