ResourceMFG is seeking experienced and motivated Lathe and Mill Operators to join our production team in Chesterfield, Michigan. If you have machining experience and enjoy working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, we want to hear from you!

Position Details

• Job Title: Lathe / Mill Operator
• Location: Chesterfield, MI
• Shift: 4:00 PM - 3:00 AM
• Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour (based on experience)
• Employment Type: Contract to Hire

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate manual and/or CNC lathes and milling machines
• Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and technical drawings
• Perform quality inspections using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges
• Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Meet production schedules while maintaining quality standards

Qualifications

• Previous experience operating lathe and/or milling machines preferred
• Ability to read blueprints and engineering drawings
• Experience using precision measuring instruments
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift throughout the shift
