Description
American Traveler is seeking a CT Technologist for a 13-week night shift assignment requiring ARRT certification and 2+ years of CT scanning experience.
Details
- Hospital-based CT department serving ER patients
- Performs all CT exams except specialty studies such as virtual colonoscopy and cardiac CT
- Night shift schedule Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday from 6p-7a
- Midnight technologist works independently from 10p-7a with support from an imaging aide for patient transport
- Uses Siemens Definition AS CT scanner
- Epic EMR and Visage PACS system
Requirements
- ARRT certification required
- NYS license required
- NYS license to inject required
- BLS/CPR certification required
- Minimum 2 years of CT experience required
- Must be able to scan independently and demonstrate full competency in CT exams for ER patients
- License required if applicable
Additional Information
- Christmas holiday coverage preferred
- This location does not accept local candidates
- Radius rule of 75 miles applies for this facility
