Nanny Needed For My Children

We are looking for a long-term nanny for our boys who are 3 and 1. 5 years old. Mom works from home so will be around at home. Our oldest child may have ADHD, we are in the process of getting him evaluated. We highly prefer someone who has experience with ADHD/autism and can work alongside us to build structure, routines, and help give him the tools to succeed. We don't do much screen time during the week (up to 30 minutes per day) so looking for someone who is comfortable playing, doing crafts and reading. Oldest child is potty trained. We are Christian and want to feel our nanny is an extension of our family! Some light tidying up would be part of our caregiver's responsibilities.
