Nurse RN LPN

Position Summary

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Nurses (RN or LPN) to join our clinical team at Woodlands Grove Recovery Campus, a beautiful 44-acre campus featuring walking trails and a peaceful setting designed to support healing and recovery. We provide exceptional care to clients from across the country and around the world.

The nurse will provide direct patient care, administer medications, and collaborate with providers and staff to ensure effective treatment and quality outcomes. This is an excellent opportunity for a nurse who values teamwork, patient-centered care, professional growth, and making a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with individualized treatment plans.
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
• Perform assessments and document all nursing interventions accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with physicians, clinicians, and other healthcare staff to ensure coordinated patient care.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and wellness practices.
• Uphold infection control protocols and patient safety standards.
• Respond to medical emergencies promptly and appropriately.

• 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• 11:00 AM – 11:00 PM
