Field Safety Rep

TruBlu HR Solutions is seeking a Field Safety Representative to support field operations and ensure compliance with company and client safety policies and procedures. This position is responsible for conducting field safety audits, inspecting PPE and fleet vehicles, ensuring permits, JSAs and safety meetings are completed, monitoring safe work practices, and assisting with incident and near-miss investigations. Candidates should have knowledge of safety concepts, practices, and industry trends and be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe. An associate or bachelor’s degree in occupational health and safety or a related field and 3–5 years of construction-related safety and health experience are preferred. Candidates should hold training or certification in one or more of the following: OSHA 10, OSHA 30, Confined Space, Excavation, NCCER Field Safety, NCCER Safety Technology, NCCER CSST, or First Aid/AED. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working directly with field crews, supervisors, and clients while maintaining safety documentation and promoting compliance with jobsite safety requirements
