Vac Truck Operater (Class B CDL)

The Vac Truck Operator (Class B CDL) is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of vacuum trucks primarily in rural locations. This role involves handling waste, sludge, and non-hazardous liquids, requiring collaboration within small teams as well as the ability to work independently. Occasional overtime and weekend work may be required to meet project demands.

Responsibilities

• Operate vacuum trucks to safely collect and transport waste, sludge, and non-hazardous liquids
• Maintain and inspect equipment regularly to ensure operational safety and efficiency
• Adhere strictly to safety procedures and regulatory compliance
• Plan routes effectively for timely service delivery in rural areas
• Keep accurate records of operational activities and materials handled
• Coordinate with small teams and work independently as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in vacuum truck operation
• Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class B
• Knowledge of vacuum truck operation and heavy equipment maintenance
• Familiarity with safety procedures and route navigation
• Experience in material handling related to waste and liquids
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
