Position Summary:

We are seeking reliable, local and long-distance Moving Drivers to lead our moving crews. You will be responsible for driving our moving trucks safely within both local and long-distance areas, overseeing the job site, and assisting our crew with loading and unloading household goods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate moving trucks to and from job sites.
• Act as the crew leader on site—communicating professionally with homeowners and business clients.
• Assist team members with packing, loading, padding, securing, and unloading furniture and customer belongings.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.

Qualifications:

• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record (CDL preferred, but experienced Non-CDL drivers with truck experience are encouraged to apply).
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to handle physical labor (lifting 50+ lbs repeatedly).
• Must live within reasonable commuting distance of Hebron, MD.
