Job Description:
General Requirements: A minimum of two (2) years as a radiologic technologist. Demonstrated knowledge and proficiency in the operation of radiographic equipment; functions independently without supervision. Knowledge of radiation safety and protocols. Must have dosimeter badge. Experience with Meditech EMR, Philips DR, and Konica DR preferredTechnologists will be required to provide flex coverage at additional facilities, including HBMC, Kau Hospital, and Keaau Clinic.HBMC: Variable 8-hour and 10-hour shiftsKau Hospital: 12-hour shifts with on-call responsibilitiesKeaau Clinic: Five 8-hour shifts, MondayFriday· Traveler must arrive on island the Friday prior to the Monday start for HR/EH clearance appointments.· Licensure: A current State of Hawaii Radiologic Technologist license as a radiographer.· Certification: A current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification, and a current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.· Shifts: Shifts: 10 or 12 hours shifts with 3 to 4 call days per week· No guarantee of hours.
