Description
American Traveler is hiring a Radiology Technologist - X-Ray with 5+ years of experience and trauma care background for a night shift assignment.
Details
- Adult acute care setting including bedside/portable procedures and adult outpatient services
- Night shift, Monday through Friday, 5x8 hours from 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM
- No floating required
- No on-call requirements
- Uses O-ARM and PACS equipment
- Epic charting system required
Requirements
- ARRT (R) and BLS certification required
- License required if applicable
- Minimum of 5 years of experience required
- Trauma experience required
- Experience in adult acute care, bedside/portable procedures, and adult outpatient settings required
- Trauma Level II experience preferred
- Proficiency in upper and lower extremity imaging, spine and pelvis imaging, chest and thorax imaging, and abdominal imaging
- Fluoroscopy studies experience preferred, including barium swallow, contrast enema, and trauma cases
- Knowledge of infection prevention, isolation precautions/PPE, and radiation safety
Additional Information
- Perform diagnostic imaging procedures across a range of anatomical regions including upper/lower extremities, spine, pelvis, chest, and abdomen
- Scrubs of any color are accepted
- Local candidates accepted at a rate differential
- Candidates must live within a 50-mile radius to qualify for local rate
- RTO must be submitted at time of application and no additional time off will be accommodated after submission
- First-time travelers are not being considered for this position
