Litigation Personal Injury Paralegal

Our client, a well-established and growing law firm, is seeking an experienced Litigation Personal Injury Paralegal to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced legal environment and is passionate about supporting successful case outcomes.


Responsibilities:

-Manage personal injury litigation cases from intake through trial

-Draft pleadings, discovery, correspondence, and legal documents

-Obtain and organize medical records, bills, and case-related documentation

-Coordinate with clients, courts, experts, and opposing counsel

-Assist attorneys with case management and trial preparation


Qualifications:

-Previous personal injury litigation experience required

-Strong knowledge of litigation procedures and deadlines

-Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills

-Ability to work independently and manage a high-volume caseload
