Job Title: Associate Manufacturing Operator - 3rd Shift

Location: Tucson, AZ 85755

Duration: Contract - 12 months

Pay Range: $20.61/hr with 3rd shift differential


Job Description

We are seeking an Associate Manufacturing Operator to join our 3rd shift team. The ideal candidate will have experience in manufacturing or assembly operations and a proven ability to meet production, quality, and safety standards in an overnight shift environment.

Shift & Schedule:

  • Two openings on 3rd shift.
  • Sunday night through Thursday night, 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM.

Work Areas:

  • Large Bottles – Formulation and filling of multi-liter reagent products.
  • Dispenser Build – Manual assembly of reagent dispensers used in diagnostic assays and operation of automated dispenser assembly equipment.
  • Kit Pack – Labeling, assembling, and packaging finished reagent kits.

Responsibilities:

  • Assemble products following specifications and standard work instructions.
  • Ensure quality control during assembly and document results accurately.
  • Maintain production efficiency to meet daily output targets.
  • Operate tools and machinery safely in compliance with procedures.
  • Report issues, deviations, or equipment concerns to supervisors promptly.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 0–5 years of experience as a manufacturing operator or assembler, preferably on 3rd shift.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to quality and detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Proficiency in industry tools or software used for assembly, documentation, or equipment operation.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in reagent formulation, diagnostic device assembly, or kit packaging.
  • Familiarity with automated assembly equipment and GMP or ISO-compliant environments.
