Key Qualifications:

• Must hold current Massachusetts Physical Therapist (MA PT) license or certification
• Experience working with pediatric and school-aged populations (K-12) preferred
• Collaborative, communicative, and adaptable in diverse school settings
• Strong knowledge of IEP development, documentation, and school compliance standards

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver physical therapy services to K-12 students as mandated by Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Develop and implement age-appropriate, individualized PT interventions addressing students’ unique needs
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to maximize student outcomes
• Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports in accordance with school and state guidelines
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute expertise to student support teams
