Accounting Manager | Hybrid

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a growing private firm seeking an Accounting Manager. This position will oversee accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and analytical support for various company locations.

• General Ledger Accounting & Account Analysis
• Internal & External Reporting Packages
• Budgeting & Financial Projections
• Budget-to-Actual Variance Analysis
• Site-Level Financial Reporting
• Financial Performance Analysis
• Manage Accounting & Finance Staff
• Accounting & Reporting Process Improvement
• Reporting Standardization
• Financial Systems & Analytics Support
• Partnership with Finance, Clinical & Operational Leaders
• Accounting Team Leadership & Development
• Workflow & Resource Allocation
• Performance Management & Employee Mentorship
• Cross-Functional Business Partnership
• Special Projects

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
• MBA, MHA, or other relevant master's degree preferred
• Approximately 5+ years of relevant accounting and financial reporting experience
• Prior accounting leadership or supervisory experience
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP
• Experience with month-end close, financial reporting, budgeting, and variance analysis
• Ability to communicate financial information to non-financial audiences
• Proficiency with Excel and financial systems
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Healthcare industry experience preferred

Pay Details: $130,000.00 to $140,000.00 per year
