Inventory Planner

Inventory Planner LHH Recruitment is seeing an Inventory Planner to join a growing team near Mesa. This position will be responsible for monitoring inventory levels, planning replenishment, and helping ensure the right products and materials are available when needed. Salary range is up to $65,000.

What You'll Do

• Monitor inventory levels and identify replenishment needs
• Create and maintain inventory forecasts and planning reports
• Review demand, sales trends, and historical usage to support inventory decisions
• Coordinate purchasing and replenishment activities
• Track purchase orders and expected delivery dates
• Work closely with Purchasing, Operations, Warehouse, and other internal teams
• Identify potential shortages, excess inventory, and inventory discrepancies
• Maintain accurate inventory data within the ERP/system
• Assist with inventory analysis, reporting, and process improvements

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor Degree preferred
• 2+ years of experience in inventory planning, supply chain, purchasing, or a related area
• Strong Excel skills, including the ability to analyze and manipulate data
• Experience working with an ERP or inventory management system
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to analyze data and make informed inventory recommendations
• Excellent communication and follow-through
• Ability to work independently in a fully onsite environment
