General Assembly Associate

Position Summary

We are hiring General Assembly Associates for a manufacturing facility in St. Charles. In this role, you will assemble components, check your work for quality, and help keep production moving safely and efficiently. Training will be provided on the specific products and processes used in the department.

Responsibilities

• Assemble parts and components according to work instructions.
• Use hand tools and basic production equipment as trained.
• Inspect completed work for visible defects and report quality concerns.
• Keep accurate counts and follow production procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Follow safety rules and work with team members to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• Assembly, manufacturing, or production experience is helpful.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and perform repetitive tasks with attention to detail.
• Dependable attendance and a willingness to learn.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position, with reasonable accommodation where applicable.
