Board-Certified Behavior Analyst - 26-27 School Year

Soliant is currently hiring a contracted Board-CertifiedBehavior Analyst in the Saugus, Massachusetts area

Qualification Requirements:

·        Active BCBA certification alongside a valid LicensedApplied Behavior Analyst license issued by the Massachusetts Allied MentalHealth division

·        Bilingual in Spanish preferred

·        Strong knowledge of special education law, IEPdevelopment, assessment and intervention strategies

·        Ability to work interpedently, manage multiplepriorities and collaborate effectively

Description:

·        ASAP Start – 06/18/2027

·        Full-time, 34 hours per week

·        Expected to cover 2-3 school sites

·        Conducting functional behavior assessments

·        Writing and modifying behavior intervention plans

·        Data collection, graphing and progress reportingfor IEP meetings

·        Emphasis on supervising, training and modelingtechniques for 1:1 paraprofessionals, RBTs and classroom teachers

·        Hourly pay: $55 – $60 per hour

·        Health benefits optional
