Responsibilities include performing preventive maintenance, diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues, modifying tooling, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety, quality, and production efficiency.

Tool & Die Team Member Details:

• Direct Hire position
• $35.00 /annually
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 04:00pm)

• Maintain and repair stamping dies and production equipment
• Troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical issues
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance
• Modify tooling and equipment to improve efficiency
• Fabricate and repair components to support production operations

Tool & Die Team Member Qualifications:

• Previous Tool & Die maintenance and repair experience
• Knowledge of stamping dies, sheet metal forming, and die spotting
• Experience using hand tools, welding equipment, and CNC machines
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Journeyman Tool & Die certification or equivalent experience preferred

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
