School Physical Therapist | Cambridge, Massachusetts

In this position, you’ll work two days per week, providing services for 10 hours weekly. You’ll collaborate with educators and families to enhance students’ mobility, participation, and success in educational environments.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Current and valid Massachusetts (MA) Physical Therapist license
• Experience or readiness to work with a diverse K-12 student population
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to establish rapport with students, educators, and families

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver evidence-based physical therapy services to students from kindergarten through 12th grade
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with students’ IEPs and educational objectives
• Conduct assessments and provide recommendations to support student progress and school participation
• Consult and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize interventions
• Document services, progress, and outcomes in compliance with regulatory and school guidelines
