Senior Account Executive

We're hiring a Senior Account Executive to join a growing advertising sales team in the Metro Detroit area. This position is ideal for a motivated sales professional who enjoys building relationships, developing new business, and managing client accounts.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business and manage existing client relationships
• Prospect, negotiate, and close advertising sales opportunities
• Develop customized marketing solutions based on client needs
• Maintain and grow a sales pipeline using CRM tools
• Present proposals and campaign recommendations to clients
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful campaign execution
• Drive account growth through renewals and upselling opportunities

Qualifications

• 7+ years of sales experience, preferably in advertising, media, marketing, or a related industry
• Proven track record of generating and closing new business
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Experience managing client relationships and sales pipelines
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout Metro Detroit
