- Handle in-bound customer calls, researching and resolving inquiries related to hazard insurance, mortgage banking, and property loss.
- Demonstrate empathy and effective listening skills to address customer concerns and provide resolutions.
- Take initiative to understand each customer’s unique needs, solve current challenges, and proactively offer solutions to prevent future issues.
- Participate in special projects and adapt to new responsibilities as needed.
- Complete robust paid training—including classroom, online and side-by-side observation—to master our systems, policies, and customer engagement best practices.
- Education: Minimum high school diploma or GED required
- Experience: At least 2 years of Call Center work experience is required.

- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent verbal, written, and listening skills
- Dedicated to resolving customer issues
- Comfortable navigating change
- Able to multi-task using technology (call handling, documentation, and loan-level review)
- Creative problem-solving skills and ability to think outside the box
