Machine Operator – Thermoforming | 1st Shift

Location: Vernon, CA
Pay: $18.50–$20.00 per hour, depending on experience
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m., with possible Saturdays

BBSI is hiring a Machine Operator with thermoforming experience for EasyPak, a plastic packaging manufacturer in Vernon. We’re looking for someone who can operate production equipment, monitor product quality, and help keep the line running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor thermoforming equipment.
• Inspect finished products for quality and report any issues.
• Make routine machine adjustments and assist with troubleshooting.
• Keep the work area clean and follow safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Previous thermoforming experience is required.
• Machine operation experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work the first-shift schedule and possible Saturdays.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
