We are seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support organizational goals by partnering with leaders and employees across the business. The HR Business Partner will serve as a trusted advisor, providing guidance on employee relations, performance management, talent development, workforce planning, and HR best practices while driving employee engagement and business results.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with managers and leadership teams to align HR strategies with business objectives.
- Provide guidance and support on employee relations matters, including performance management, coaching, conflict resolution, and policy interpretation.
- Assist with workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational development initiatives.
- Support talent acquisition efforts, onboarding processes, and retention strategies.
- Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify opportunities and recommend solutions.
- Collaborate with leaders to develop employee engagement and recognition programs.
- Facilitate performance review processes and support employee development plans.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
- Support compensation and benefits programs, including market analysis and employee communications.
- Participate in change management initiatives and organizational transformation efforts.
- Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive employee information.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including experience as an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, employee relations, performance management, and HR best practices.
- Experience partnering with leaders and influencing decision-making.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification preferred.
- Experience supporting multi-site operations or diverse workforce populations.
- Background in talent management, organizational development, and change management.
- Experience using HR analytics and workforce data to drive decisions.
