Schedule

• Work Week: 4-day work week

• Usual Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

  Key Responsibilities

• Perform minimally invasive interventional procedures such as nerve blocks, epidural injections, radiofrequency ablations, and botulinum toxin treatments to alleviate chronic and acute pain conditions.

• Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history reviews, physical examinations, and diagnostic evaluations utilizing medical imaging techniques like MRI, CT scans, and ultrasound.

• Develop individualized pain management plans integrating pharmacologic therapies, physical therapy, behavioral health strategies, and interventional procedures.

• Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals across specialties such as anesthesiology, neurology, orthopedics, radiology, and primary care to coordinate comprehensive patient care.

Qualifications

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution with completion of residency training in anesthesiology, PMR, neurology, or related fields.

• Fellowship in interventional pain management with proficiency in procedures like nerve blocks, epidural injections, radiofrequency ablations, and botulinum toxin treatments.

• Fellowship trained in pain management.

• Demonstrated knowledge of medical imaging modalities including MRI, CT scans, ultrasound for diagnostic evaluation and procedural guidance.

• Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems such as Epic or similar platforms for documentation and patient record management.

• Strong understanding of healthcare diagnosis processes across multiple specialties including neurology, orthopedics, radiology, cardiology, oncology, and family medicine.
