LSI Staffing is seeking experienced Sit-Down Forklift Operators for a warehouse in Baytown, TX.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of recent sit-down forklift experience.
• Experience operating a Raymond electric forklift is required.
• Food and beverage warehouse experience is preferred.
• Recent experience working in an open-floor warehouse environment.
• Must have experience loading and unloading trailers, staging product, moving materials, and replenishing inventory.
• Experience with shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while following all safety procedures.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Steel-toe boots required.

Responsibilities:

• Operate a Raymond electric sit-down forklift safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload trailers, containers, and delivery trucks.
• Transport raw materials and finished products throughout the warehouse.
• Stage, replenish, and store inventory in designated locations.
• Pick and move product while maintaining FIFO (First In, First Out) inventory practices.
• Perform shipping, receiving, and inventory transactions accurately.
• Inspect forklifts daily and report any maintenance or safety concerns.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all OSHA, food safety, GMP, and company policies.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of recent sit-down forklift experience.
• Experience operating a Raymond electric forklift is required.
• Previous experience in a food and beverage warehouse is required.
• Experience loading and unloading trailers and containers.
• Knowledge of shipping, receiving, inventory control, and warehouse operations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting productivity goals.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Steel-toe boots required.

Preferred Skills:

• RF scanner experience.
• Experience working with WMS (Warehouse Management System).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
