As the assigned BCBA, you will split your time evenly between two distinct settings: one campus with a dedicated language program, and another featuring both a learning center and an Integrated Specialized Services (ISS) program. Your expertise will be key in fostering positive change and ensuring that students with varying behavioral and learning needs receive tailored, effective support.

Qualifications:

• Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
• Strong background working with elementary-aged students, preferably in public school settings
• Experience developing and implementing behavior intervention plans
• Knowledge of evidence-based strategies for supporting students in language and specialized learning programs
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills when working with educators, support staff, and families

Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavioral assessments and design data-driven behavior plans
• Provide direct and consultative services to teachers and paraprofessionals
• Monitor student progress, adjust interventions as needed, and document outcomes
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams within both schools to support inclusive practices
• Deliver training and ongoing support to staff in the language program, learning center, and ISS program
• Act as a resource for best-practice behavioral interventions across the caseload
