Nanny Needed For My Children

We are looking for a great babysitter for our 4 great girls. We have twins in high school that need pick up from games. And help with our 11 and 6-year-old in the home for homework and bedtime for date nights and such. We are a very nice, warm family. Very easy well behaved girls. We would like a young English speaking responsible woman to help us. This could be 5-20 hours a week depending. We would prefer a babysitter who has their own car, who does not smoke and who is comfortable with pets.
