Mancan is hiring a Dispatcher / Transportation Coordinator for a well-established fuel distribution company in Wooster. This is a great opportunity for someone with CDL, trucking, delivery, logistics, or transportation experience who wants to move into an office-based role while continuing to use their industry knowledge.

What You'll Do
• Coordinate fuel deliveries, customer orders, and drivers
• Manage the driver load board and help coordinate efficient routes
• Monitor deliveries and customer inventory
• Book home heating oil and bulk fuel orders
• Communicate with drivers, customers, sales, and internal teams
• Adjust schedules and priorities as situations change
• Troubleshoot delivery and scheduling issues
• Help keep daily operations running smoothly
CDL or previous truck-driving experience is a strong plus! We are especially interested in individuals who understand the transportation industry and are ready to transition from behind the wheel to coordinating the operation.

What We're Looking For
• Transportation, trucking, logistics, or dispatch experience preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working with drivers, customers, and computer systems
• Ability to multitask and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable and flexible with scheduling
• Must pass a background check and drug test

Schedule
Current openings:
• 1st Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• 2nd Shift: 1:00 PM – 10:00/11:00 PM
• Weekend and overnight shifts are also part of the rotation
• All employees rotate schedules to help cover shifts, weekends, and overnight on-call needs
• Flexibility with scheduling is required

💰 Pay
$25.00/HR | Temp-to-Hire
