About the Role

As a CNA at The Mansion at Brigham, you will be responsible for:

• Providing direct care to our residents, including assistance with daily living activities and promoting independence

• Developing and maintaining positive relationships with residents, families, and staff

• Monitoring and reporting any changes in resident condition or needs to the nursing team

• Participating in care conferences and collaborating with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement care plans

• Maintaining accurate and timely records and documentation

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

• Help residents with mobility and transfer assistance, including walking, wheelchairs, and scooters

• Provide vital signs and report any changes to the nursing team

• Assist with feeding, hydration, and incontinence care as needed

• Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to infection control and safety guidelines
