We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our dedicated team at Richland Nursing and Rehab. As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with our organization, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to our residents, upholding our commitment to providing high-quality healthcare services.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to residents, including assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), medication management, and vital sign monitoring

• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans that cater to the unique needs of each resident

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and progress

• Participate in resident assessments and care planning meetings

• Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment by maintaining open communication and providing assistance to colleagues as needed

Requirements:

• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Pennsylvania

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition residents as needed

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Familiarity with electronic medical records and basic computer skills
